Meet Our CEO

Thomas Henton
After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Master of Healthcare Management, Tom began his Healthcare career in 1988. Throughout his career, Henton has worked and fought for all aspects of healthcare. Primarily serving rural areas he has extensive knowledge and experience in critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, EMS services, home health, hospice and county health agencies, as well as nursing home and long-term care.
Henton also is nationally recognized as a health care leader. He served two elected terms through the National Rural Health Association, on the National Health Congress, representing hospitals and healthcare systems and helping develop policy at the national level.
His passion for rural healthcare drives his personal mission to protect and strengthen healthcare in rural communities across the nation.
