Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment gathers community input that leads to recommendations on how Carnegie Tri-County Municipal Hospital can better meet and serve residents’ needs. We determine community needs from a survey and a series of open meetings where local health data is presented. Community members then identify and prioritize their top health needs.

After listening to your input, we define an implementation strategy to address the identified health concerns. The implementation strategy is a written plan that addresses each of the health needs identified in the community meetings.
